About Your Company
We are Harmony Desal, a cleantech start-up specializing in water desalination. We produce More Water with Less Energy.
The world needs more freshwater. The ocean will provide it. As water supplies get depleted due to droughts, the world will turn to seawater desalination as a drought-proof source of water.
Reverse osmosis (RO) , the technology of choice for seawater desalination, is an energy hog. Our technology, batch RO, was developed at MIT and is the most energy efficient desalination technology. We are taking batch RO out of the lab and into the market.
Our target audience includes our customers (hotel resorts, municipalities, engineering firms), our employees (engineers), and our investors (angel investors, VC firms)

Some ideas for our logo:
a) the two curved lines in "twoCurves.png" are meaningful to our technology. Incorporating them into the logo in some way would be ideal. They can be equal or non-equal thickness.
b) another idea is to incorporate the bladder and the membrane that compose our system. A diagram is included in "bladderMembrane.png"
c) Some ideas for the logo are included in "logoSketches.pdf." Feel free to work off of these or to include a new idea.
d) Not necessary, but one thought we were having was for the logo to incorporate a friendly, curvey, serif font. Sort of like the new Chobani logo.
