LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

I'm the owner of Regular Rate and Rhythm Software, a small independent developer of iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad apps.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

I'm looking for a sharp icon for a new app I'm developing named Conference Pad.

Conference Pad is a mobile presentation program, like Powerpoint or Keynote, for giving presentations from slides. Its key feature is that it can show presentations on any number of iPads simultaneously, controlled wirelessly either from an iPad or an iPhone.

Picture a high-class executive board meeting in which, instead of slides being projected onto a central screen (or in addition to this), each member has his own personal display which changes as the presenter moves through his presentation.

Another use case of Conference Pad is with a central screen, using an iPhone or iPod Touch as a wireless remote control for a Powerpoint-style presentation.

I would like a professional, clean icon which is conceptually tied to the purpose of the program as described above.

I look forward to your submissions!

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

My audience is anyone who would want to give a presentation :)

WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:

I do like Apple's own icon for Keynote (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/keynote/i...) but, to be clear, it's not a requirement that this icon mirror it.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:

* Deliverables *

****************

- Icon at full size (512x512) and iPad optimized size (72x72) [with square corners]

- Icon at iPhone size (57x57) which may either be the same icon (if that looks good) or a slightly simplified version for the smaller size [with square corners]

* Notes *

**********

- I would like the original artwork files you produce to aid integration with later website work and for use elsewhere within the program as appropriate - so the .ai, .psd, etc. files produced, not just a flat image file

- If an iPad or iPhone screen features in your design, it must be an abstract, not photorealistic, representation, as Apple doesn't want their images used in icons. I'm not saying it should be necessarily, but if you have a brilliant design idea that would use that, please keep that restriction in mind.
