Logo will need to be able to be used on Signage, Website and Direct Mailers / Postcards.
The need for a new logo is a result of our effort to provide a fresh look to a failed 73 units garden style condominium project (see picture available under materials for visual reference). The property has been tied up in foreclosure for many years leaving it in need of new owners to complete the construction and reposition the property as rental apartments (See Pictures under Materials). You will notice that units can either be in condo quality or rental quality. We will market to both types of renters.
