LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are a company that will specialize in ALL of the aspects of Historic Preservation as it pertains to re-development of historic properties in an urban setting. What will set our company apart is this.
:..... Picture a round circle with a core company at it's center, that will be the parent company. We will then have subsidirary companies surrounding the core company that will run as standalone companies but will be part of, or answer to, the core company. These subsidirary companies will be as follows: ....... Real Estate Development, Construction, Historic Consulting, Architectual, Finance, Insurance, Property Management, Legal, Real Estate Sales.
The general idea is that we will be a one stop shop. Instead of hiring many companies to develop an old historic building located in an urban setting into apartments, retail, or condos, you can hire us to handle the entire project without having to outsource any function or part of the project.
The name of the company will be :.............The Preservation Group, Inc. As time evolves we will most likely emerge with the initials TPG as being predominate in our corporate identity.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
A logo that could be used to brand the company and be used for printed collateral material, and marketing.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Private citizens, public entities such as municipalities, states, govt. Anyone who has a historic property that they want to maintain or develop. Our customers need to think of us as an all encompassing company that can handle all aspects of the development of a historic property in an urban setting. We want them to feel like they will not need to go elsewhere for any services. We can handle it all for them.

Since we will do consulting on items that might not relate to just buildings, we would like to NOT have a building or dwelling in our logo.
