Commerce Innovations is a new software development company backed by a well-funded parent company. While Commerce Innovations is a new entity, the parent company is an established player in the sector.
The logo needs to work primarily on a white background but an inverse version is also required. Like the typical corporate logo it needs to work on the web, business cards, polo shirts, coffee cups... you get the idea.
Alright, enough of that stuff- on to the design!
Commerce Innovations builds software to help name brand manufactures sell excess inventory. Commerce Innovations is in the white label/SaaS/enterprise software business. They build software that can then be customized for different clients. The software is cutting edge, secure, and intuitive.
The software solves very real problems for fortune 500 companies with excess inventory and Commerce Innovations engages in ongoing relationships with its clients in a way that is authentic, transparent, and real. That is, they believe in doing business the "right way"- no-nonsense, straightforward, and trustworthy.
The logo needs to look like a software company. Techy, cutting edge, nimble, stable- the "commerce" thing will likely be difficult to capture visually and thus capturing the "innovation" takes priority.
A symbol or some brandable element as part of the mark is a plus but is not required.
Please do not make the primary colors of the logo red or turquoise.
