What do you do?

In short, we are facilitators. We support people in doing their best thinking and their best work. We help people discover and execute incredible ideas.

We use a unique brand of collaborative facilitation, visual communication, and program management techniques. We build communities of enabled employees within our clients' businesses and encourage them to continue to work and think differently.

We specialize in facilitating clients through collaborative decision-making and alignment around business transformation. That means that if a group of people needs to make some big decisions or do some really hard work, we bring them together for 2 or 3 days to leverage and experience a customized process that guides and supports that work. We run large-scale facilitated sessions of all kinds, using really cool environments, straight-forward methodologies, and creative support teams to consistently help clients achieve months worth of work in just a few days at a fraction of the typical cost.

Describe the target audience for your logo

We primarily target executives (CxO level through mid-level managers) within Fortune 1000 Corporations. However, we also work with Non-Government Organizations and Government Entities. Our prime target is any group who has an ambitious project with a compressed time line that benefits from collaboration across a broad constituency of people.

What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?

1. Credibility = we are very good at what we do and we deliver exceptional results in every engagement ... failure is not an option
2. Uniqueness = we are not a "run of the mill" consultancy with linear methodologies and mixed outcomes ... we deliver a truly customized, iterative design process for each client requirement
3. Commitment = we are a group of collaborative professionals who take our clients' challenges very seriously ... we are only successful when our clients achieve success

Style and Concept

What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?

A primary concern of our potential clients is experience. They're entrusting us with their business at a vulnerable moment, and our decades of successful experience with Fortune 500s gives us credibility. A successful design will convey this.

Our current spiral logo symbolizes the process of circling around a problem in order to get a holistic perspective of it and then addressing it quickly and with great accuracy. It's also found all throughout nature.

However, we feel it is not "sharp" enough and gives a fuzzier, more rambling picture than we'd like. We'd like a change and are open to diverse approaches.

We'd like to see matching versions with and without our catchline - "Accelerating Transformation Through Collaboration"

What colors do you want to see in your logo?

Our current color theme is green, but we expect other color combinations are probably better suited. We're open to your great ideas.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?

Reds.

Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?

Print, web, branding of client documents, ... everywhere.

Here's our current website, which is embarrassingly outdated (and being redesigned as we speak), but it will help you understand better what we do.

We also use a lot of graphics and visuals in our work, creating images that help people convey and understand information or concepts.
