Who are you?
My company is a software development firm that is well established in the real-estate and financial services industries. The brand we are launching is called "Regora". It's an entirely new entity and will not carry over our exist "IT Services" brand. The platform to be launched is a "cloud computing" marketplace that will bring together related service providers that offer needed products to banks, financial service providers, and the general public.
What do you need?
To give a little direction on the creative direction, the name "Regora" is a modification of the word Agora. The Agora in ancient Athens was the main marketplace of products and ideas of that place and time. The Agora and Athens have a lot of great imagery and symbolism in it's architecture. Architecture is related to real-estate, the industry we work in primarily. The Agora is a good metaphor for the product itself. Other ideas to consider are "permanence" and "security". The brand image we're after is modern but not trendy, strong, memorable, and conveys "simplicity and ease of use".
We need a basic brand identity:
- Logo / symbol: a combination of the Regora name and a memorable icon
- Logo treatments: one logo variation to suit a horizontal orientation and placement, one that is suitable for a more vertical placement
- Color palette: 5 primary colors, 5 or more secondary colors
- Fonts (for web): Header, Subhead 1, Subhead 2, Body
Who Is Your Audience?
The target audience is primarily banks, financial service companies, mortgage brokers, and risk-assessment service providers such as property valuation companies, real-estate sales data providers. The secondary audience includes lawyers, homeowners, government agencies, realtors, and insurance companies.
