The name Choice IQ comes from the idea that we help people to make intelligent decisions about the purchase of their new home, including the livability of the neighborhood, and the future value of the property based on the historical data about the property and extensive data mining and research we do for each property. I want my logo to reflect this.
We are strong community supporters with social responsibility. We believe its possible to make money and strengthen a community at the same time without compromising our values. Phoenix, AZ is a VERY vibrant city with a rising population, both domestic and international.

Misc
This logo will go on all our marketing material including real estate signs displayed in front of each home we sell. The signs are approximately 18 inches by 24 inches.
Our initial markets will be: Young families with kids, singles, newlyweds, recently divorced, single mothers or fathers.
If possible, Id like the font, or at least the name of the font(s) used so that I can buy it for future use.
