CKRC is a non profit trade associations made up of members who recycle waste to make Cement. They believe that their process help the environment by using waste to power their kilns rather than other fuels. In the past, their logo (which is provided) was orange for the fire and grey for the cement. They are now looking for a more towards a "green" environmentally friendly look. However, they still would like a touch of orange, using a sun icon to represent a new day. When asked about progressive or conservative design, they said something in the middle. The currently do not like their logo and describe it as heavy and thick.
They prefer lighter and fresher. We also included an image of a blade of grass with a lady bug on it to show how the greens and oranges can work together. Their new logo has the have the acronym CKRC as well as the full spelling Cement Kiln Recycling Coalition.
