LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Our company is Career Cadence LLC. We are a double bottom-line start-up designed to help college students and young professionals find work and a career that fulfills them. We differentiate ourselves from the competition by Not focusing on how to find a job, but instead in focusing on what job is right for them. We give our clients insight both what they care about and what they are good at.

We use a business model like Princeton Review or Kaplan: holding in person group seminars, meeting one-on-one, and selling stand alone online products.

We have a beta website www.careercadence.com .

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We are looking for a logo that can be used on our website, printed on our course materials and put on our business cards.

The logo should incorporate our name, Career Cadence.

There's no specific theme we have in mind, so feel free to do whatever. It could be cool if the meaning of the word cadence somehow got put into it (rhythm, motion), but really we are open to whatever.

Our website uses a fresh, lime green color that we like, but that we are by no means wedded to. You can see it on our beta site at www.careercadence.com.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Target audience is 20-26 year olds, college students and young college graduates who are looking to get into professional jobs. They likely grew up with a little bit (or a lot) of pocket money and their parents to some degree helped them pay for the cost of college.

Our clients range from a college junior who has no idea for jobs post-graduation to a 4-year-in investment banker who just hates life to a young professional returning from the Peace Corps.

We want our audience to see our business as a resource to help them solve their existential crisis of "what do I want to be when I grow up?" We want to come off as being a solution that makes a very difficult process something simple and straightforward.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

Looking at designs for the Harmonic Circle project posted on Crowdspring (http://www.crowdspring.com/projects/grap...), we liked designs posted by the following artists:

Pixeletc

Mamoli

Shinobi

Dori

London Designer

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

We're not big fans of the name being cut off in the design.

Were not big fans of graphics that include a compass or spyglass.
