LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

I am CEO of Blurb.com (creative publishing platform -- check it out) and sometime photographer, now also a ranch/vineyard owner. My husband and I bought a small property in Sonoma with 4.5 acres of grapes. We mostly sell the grapes but are also looking to make some wine ourselves for friends and family. FUN! The name, Campo Fantasma, came about when a friend from Mexico City stayed on the property and claims to have seen some (friendly, happy) ghosts in the garden. We are renovating an old barn into live space and are planting lots of veg in addition to the grapes. The property is very pretty, but in a ranch kind of way. Not fancy.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a logo to use on a wine label and business card. It may end up on a ranch sign too:-) We are interested in something sophisticated and eclectic with personality -- not formal. (please no ghostbusters)

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Friends, family, artists, photographers, work colleagues, interesting people we meet... and you the logo designer. The winning entry will also receive a few bottles of wine (assuming you are at least 21 and we can work out the shipping logistics.)

WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:

We like the DaVinci Forward font at P22 font foundry (see link below) -- and would like to use it or something similarish in connection with the logo design that will go on a label and business card. Also like the vertical orientation of the name MacPhail on their wine label.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:

The name, Campo Fantasma.

The label and business card will also say, Dry Creek Red Table Wine (if you want to consider in your design).
