About Your Company
A credit union that serves a middle-class suburb community in the Detroit-Metro area is looking to change its logo branding to represent the people it desires to serve –younger (age 18-35), middle class customers and families - and be more appropriate to the times and relatable to this market. We would also like it not to appear out-of-date in a few years.
We have used the slogan in the past “Your guide to financial success” and our logo had been a compass. While we still want to be a guide to our customers’ and the community members’ financial success, we think our current logo is outdated and represents soundness and stability more than vibrant growth and the success that is associated with it.
Our current name is Community Alliance Credit Union and sometimes we are referred to as CACU. We are not looking to change our name but are open to using the current name, some part of it or our acronym to energize our logo and brand to make it more attractive and indicative of the growth and experience we want to bring to our customers’ financial lives. CACU or some variation may stand out more, since most of our competition have the Credit Union or Bank in their name.
The banking and credit union market space is very full and busy and we would like to bring a breath of fresh air to the community by being more involved, contributing more and helping everyone to improve their financial success with us as their guide.
