LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

The Burrito Box is a Washington DC based food cart, selling burritos made from fresh, local ingredients. We are a socially conscious company

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a sharp logo and color scheme that will look great on the side

of this cart (http://www.customsalesandservice.com/650...), and on

the back of employee t-shirts.

Because the company name, cart and the product are all such simple

ideas, the logo should be fairly basic and minimal as well. Perhaps

something like a box/rectangle on top of two wheels, with "Burrito

Box" inside, or something along those lines (you're the idea guy, not

me).

Given the name, it seems appropriate for the script to be fairly

block-ish. Color schemes should be minimal, 2-3 colors at most, avoiding the stereotypical tex-mex red/green/white combo if possible.

As this is a start-up business by fairly recent college grads, the

prize is limited to $200

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Anyone hankering for a tasty burrito. Because we are located on the

city sidewalks, it's important that our cart and logo standout- this

is where you come in. Check out the cart on the link posted in the

above section to get an idea of the canvas you are working with, and

imagine how a Burrito Box logo could be incorporated into it.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

Anything embodying a clean 21st century aesthetic- minimal, clean,

clever, sexy.

Scandinavian design rocks.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

There isn't really anything that must be included in the logo, but

please stick to the "less is more" idea. Excess lines, figures and

other distractions take away- all we need is "Burrito Box" and maybe a

reference to the food cart.
