LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Brewtenders is a US-based start-up company that will provide beer brewing instruction, ingredients, and service. It will be a mobile business that will serve clients via Ford Transit Connect vehicles (picture attached). Basically, a customer will give us a call and either place an ingredients order, or schedule a brewing session on their property. Our vehicle will arrive and set up everything they need to homebrew a batch (or several) of beer. This includes burners, brewpots, bottles, caps and ingredients, and of course, instruction - all under a portable brewing tent with chairs, music, and satellite television.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a great company logo. This logo will be used on our vehicles to quickly raise people's awareness and capture their interest. It will also be used on merchandise (t-shirts, mugs, hats) as well as business cards. We would like the logo to include (in order of relevance/importance): 1)"Brewtenders", 2) "Mobile Beer Brewing" and 3) "Instruction" and "Ingredients". The logo can just contain the word "Brewtenders" and we can add #2 and #3 as supporting points if needed (all doesn't have to fit into the main logo). We'd like to see the stand-alone logo, and also see how it can work when placed on the attached vehicle (the vehicle doesn't need to be white, but that is the image we have).
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Our customers are beer-appreciating males. These include current homebrewers (Males 24-54) and people who may have an interest in homebrewing (Males 24-45) but don't have the equipment or the know-how.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
We haven't attached any other designs but it must be masculine. Overall, we subscribe to the " less is more" philosophy when it comes to logos. We would like to see a simple, stylish logo that can quickly capture interest and be used anywhere in the world. We'd like to stand apart from the many beer and brewery logos that simply include the brewery name and surround it with hops and barley images. Our service is more homebrewing-related, so homebrewing icons are acceptable (carboys, paddles, and brewpots) but the challenge is making sure that it communicates well to those people who know nothing about homebrewing but want to try. We don't want to overwhelm people with complicated/daunting homebrewing images. It must be inviting and intriguing. We are leaving colors up to you, but as mentioned, masculine is a requirement.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
