1. College students-Preparing GEN-Y for the corporate workworld (From Campus to Corporate) Inform them of how boring Gen X is and prep them for the boring managers they will be working for after graduation-try to motivate them to engage in entreprenurial activity.
2. Corporations: Motivating GEN Y in the corporate workplace and help them understnd how to stop boring GEN Y to death

Appealing to GEN Y (My name is drab and this generation could care less that I am a doctor; however the people who pay for me to speak to this generation are typically 40 years old and DO care that I am a doctor.
