Background on Bikram Yoga and the Falls Church Studio
-Bikram yoga is intense. It is a 90-minute full body workout done in a 105 degree room with 40% humidity. As such, it tends to appeal to Type A personalities.
-However, though the yoga is intense, the studio aims to create a warm, welcoming, comfortable, community-focused environment so students can escape the stressors of daily life and achieve health and peace of mind. Though we do have some Type A students, our studio appeals to people who are a bit more relaxed.
-Note the studio is a more humble, older one but has recently undergone a renovation. Though by no means the most state-of-the-art studio in town, the new logo should represent this modernization with clean lines and simplicity.
