LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
BBQFans.com is an ecommerce website that sells a variety of BBQ tools. The term fans relates to fanatics and not an actual fan used for cooling.
I intend on using this for other printing methods as well such as pad printing & laser engraving so a version that can be converted to black & white or grayscale would be appreciated.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need the logo to use a creative text effect but also some sort of creative to sell the idea that this is a bbq related website. Don't be afraid to get a little abstract / crazy!
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Well our target audience is definitely people that enjoy grilling. It can be for men in the sense that if they are looking for the latest bbq tools but also for women who may be looking for gifts for the grillmaster in their house.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
I'm really open to designs. I have a few designs that I like but I don't really want to share them because I want to see what other designers have in mind.
I can say that I like fonts such as Fortune City & Century Gothic but I am certainly open to creative fonts as well.
In regards to colors, I suppose shades of red, yellow & orange would work due to the reference of fire. I wouldn't mind seeing a couple versions with web 2.0 colors, mainly in the green family. I'm really open to your ideas.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
I'll be printing the logo on back of t-shirts as well so please keep that in mind.
Primarily it'll be used on white backgrounds but would like it to work on a black background as well.
I don't want anything related to a cow, chicken or pig. A lot of the BBQ logos that I looked at had one of these in them.
