What is the exact name you would like in your logo?

Veruca Chocolates is a small start up artisan chocolate company that provides chocolates for both catered events and individual boxes to be sold in high-end gourmet food stores and online.
Company website (under construction): verucachocolates.com. Notice in my product photos that I like using bright, clean, cool colors as accents to chocolates and to artful displays.
What sets my chocolates apart is (1) creative designs, (2) handcrafted quality, (3) artful and fun displays and (4) a funky edge.
Favorite colors are clean and cool: dark pink, lilac, light or pure green, sky blue dark purple.
Id like to avoid chocolate clichs drippy, cocoa beans, brown-only color scheme (though its okay to use some dark chocolatey brown). Bright colors appeal to me, and a vibrant feel is nice, though I want to avoid cartoonish and cutesy. Key adjectives: Funky edge, playful, creative, artful, vibrant. I'm intrigued by the potential role of the V in the logo, but this is not a requirement.
Here are some logos that appeal to me:
http://www.cocopotamus.com/ - I like the colors in general on their logo, but think the design is too cartoony; feels like PBS Kids.
http://www.mrchocolate.com/ - like the general layout of this with the floating leaves, but don't like these warm/autumn colors
Heres an example to avoid:
http://www.vosgeschocolate.com/ -- theyre local competition, and I want to differentiate us from them
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?

3. Clean, crisp, vibrant
4. Not frilly, not curly, not cutesy
