What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
What is your industry?
Software as a service, business automation, enterprise groupware, customer service
Describe the target audience for your logo
The software targets enterprise users. We appeal to any industry doing business online, but primarily: technology, education, and government.
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
We'd like to communicate an automated attendant. The software acts like a virtual assistant for enhancing team collaboration: triage, sorting and routing mail, creating and assigning tasks, sending notifications and reminders, etc. We'd like a brand that communicates software doing the work to keep a team in sync -- perhaps with a reasonable mascot (e.g. a robotic receptionist) or something similarly personable. There's no need to be too literal on that requirement.
Style and Concept
What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
We're looking for a brandable mark that can appear with text or be distinguishable as a logo on its own. We'd like to see stylized text next to the logo in proposals.
We're looking for a logo that's fun and artistic.
What colors do you want to see in your logo?
We're pretty flexible here. Most of the time the logo would be used on a white background. Our app color scheme is primarily pale blues (#E8F2FE, #6F90DD) and light grays (#EEEEEE), with hints of dark green (#007800) and emphasis in darker gray (#343434).
What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
We're open minded.
Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
The logo will primarily be used online (websites, software). It will also be printed on traditional materials: business cards, print ads, etc. The primary concern is that it looks good on a light background at the top of a web browser.
