Tell us what you need
What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
What is your industry?
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
1.) We would like to use this tagline - Your proven liquid and powder coating partner
2.) We are an industrial painter (we spray liquid and powder paint on manufactured parts... we don't paint with a brush) - logo should be colorful and suggest that we can provide many colors
3.) Logo should have a strong, industrial connotation. We paint parts that go into lawn equipment, automobiles, home lighting, motorcycles, etc...
What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)
Our existing logo is text only. We are open to a text only approach or a small image that helps communicate the points above.
Do you have any other info or links you want to share?
We would be interested in seeing concepts that are evocative of the existing logo (attached below). While we're also very open to seeing completely different concepts, today we feel that we would have a slight preference for a logo that was similar enough to our existing logo that our customers would recognize it.
Our firm recently invested in Acme and we are helping to transition the company from its history as a somewhat sleepy family held business to a more robust, growing, ambitious company. I'm not sure how that might help you, but that's where we're coming from.
As you can probably see from the existing logo below, we also feel the current logo is quite dated.
