Describe the target audience for your logo

We work with a huge range of people, but our customers are typically age 30-50, professionals. Their incomes are mostly $100k and up. Although they have good incomes, they tend to be down to earth and not snooty.

What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?

1) Logo must work with our tagline: "Moving forward with today's buyers and sellers"
2) Service--most of our business is referral based, and we pride ourselves on providing top notch service to our clients, providing turn key service and are always in communication with our clients
3) Expertise--we are known to be well versed in real estate. We are able to get people to closing, dealing with problems that may present themselves
4) Real Estate--it's important that people have an idea of what we do but would prefer a logo that introduces real estate in a subtle manner (but not necessarily opposed to real estate icons)

Style and Concept

What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?

Professional, but not snooty feel. We are open to different styles--text only, text with graphic, etc. Use your imagination!

What colors do you want to see in your logo?

we are completely open but our logo needs to express integrity, trust and reliability. Must be readable on yard signs and easily duplicated/printed in black and white.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?

Pink

Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?

In print (brochures, biz cards, promotional items) and online. We have a current website www.SilbermanTeam.com that will be revamped soon utilizing a color scheme that will be derived from the logo, so the logo will play an integral role on the site.

Do you have other info or links you want to share?

Our current site is www.silbermanteam.com but we are not tied to the colors, the look, etc. However, you might get a feeling as to who we are by perusing the site and reading the testimonials from our clients. FYI, although we have a ton of testimonials from first time buyers, they are not our target audience. We are shifting our business toward move up buyers (selling current home and buying a more expensive one).
