Kot Nou is Mauritian creole for 'Chez nous" or 'At ours' in English. Kot Nou represents authentic Asian food, notably Vietnamese, Malaysian, Cambodian, Bailnese, and Mauritian (as one of the owners is Mauritian). The food is fresh, cooked to order and it will be available on various stalls throughout London's street food markets. The logo needs to appeal to our target market; 25-35 year olds, who visit food markets in search of good value, good quality food. The two owners are called Rudy and Ross (which could possibly be included in the logo?). Kot Nou really wants to differentiate itself from the saturated gourmet street (burger. hot dogs) vendors etc with a trendy look and feel - but with traditional home-cooked asian recipes. The logo will be used on the website, stall, and also on stickers placed on the food packaging.
