Creative brief

The buyer added updates to the brief. Read them.

What is the exact name you would like in your logo?

What is your industry?

What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?

(read info first for short description of the product).....
1. Lifestyle - it is a premium box and a luxury one no doubt.
2. Design - It fits both in the more traditional looking as well as the modern looking living rooms with a very distinctive design and a fashion statement.
3. Chocolate Tradition - Its all about chocolate. while not explicitly showing chocolate in the logo it should still be felt. same feel as you may get from super premium chocolate brands and chocolate boutique stores.

What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)

Image+text. We need a image and a text to be placed on business cards, websites and on the product itself. However, we are considering using the image without the text in certain situations.
for instance, a backlit panel with just the image.
(nespresso's logo, for example, can be in its full version the entire name, and in short just the distinctive trademarked N)
We are not sure about the color scheme, so multiple options for color matches could be helpful.

Do you have any other info or links you want to share?

SweetSpot is an elegant premium container specifically designed for holding premium chocolate and premium chocolate boxes. it is designed to be placed not in the kitchen but rather inside the living room where guests are entertained and may wish to open the box for a taste of premium chocolate.

Brief updates

By yoniblau on 13-Feb-13 9:34 p.m. GMT
We recieved a lot of entries with the "s" letter embeded in the logo's image part.
while placing the letter in the image is something we wish to explore we are open to other ideas for the image part without the "s".
also please refrain from using a heart in the logo. the product is unisex.
thank you so much.

We wish to explore also the possibility of using aztec symbols and graphic direction.
since chocolate was originated in central america and was first discovered by the aztec.
please feel free to incorporate the aztec feel into the logo's image while still maintaining the premium/design/chocolate feel.

Thank you everyone for your entries.
we feel we have gotten some really good entries so far.
we wish to explore one more direction. if you would be able to accommodate i think it could be a great alternative in case our focus group doesn't approve the Aztec direction.
we thought that since this box is filled with chocolate than the metaphor for a treasure chest (or map or anything relating to treasure) is something worth considering and might be the way to go.
once again thank you for your cooperation.
