We are a start up Mexican company that will manufacture modular homes, apartments, spas, schools, hotel rooms, cinemas, offices and commercial areas inside a factory. After it is complete, we move it from our factory to the site. In site we assemble all the modules and finish some minor details.

This company would be the holding of other companies, we want to transmit to the public and other realstates that we are a strong, reliable company that cares about design. The name Cubicuiti comes from CUBE+equity, maybe in inglish doesnt makes sence but in Spanish it does. CUBE because mainly we make cubes which transforms into houses, apartments, comercial areas etc. and equity meaning that if you have one of our cubes is like having a value share or stock. Adding equity gives a feeling of strong financial support to our company.

In general we are trying to have a look that is serious, geometrical and clean. If we were to say a designer or artist whose work we like it would be Sol Lewitt's. We the geometry of his work, the reticular order and at the same time it is highly conceptual. The fact that is geometrical and reticular gives us many advantages for working with patterns for the webpage, stationery and branding that hint the logo without the need to show it.
One of the main concerns is the typeface, we believe that using a very geometrical typeface such as futura or bauhaus becomes redundant with the logo and can seem out of date. We are looking for something simple and clean (not helvetica) and we are not afraid to experiment with a serif type if it contrasts well with the logo. What we don't want is a typeface that is designed out of a square or circle since they are temporal and are hard to work with outside the logo.

We just wanted to let you know that the buyer in this project has requested a refund. And, because we offer buyers a money back guarantee, sometimes we have to make good on that promise.
To reward the loyal creatives who worked hard on this project and all the others on the site, we've taken the proceeds from this project and used them to fund our monthly cS Awards program. The cS Awards are issued every month based on varying criteria but are a simple way that we give back to the community and reward our creatives.
Thanks so much for participating and see you around the site,
