Sometimes it is the mundane that is truly extraordinary – think Clark Kent and Peter Parker instead of their superhero alter egos. While the superhero sweeps in with heroics, saves the day, and garners the credit, without Clark and Peter to protect the identities of the superhero, they would never survive.
In our company, we have everyday heroes that make the business strategies come to life and garner profits. But no one remembers the IT support team, HR benefits administrators, accountants or purchasing agents. And that’s ok – to an extent. We need to build an identity for this business within the business. The team of people that perform what some would call mundane – but often lead to heroic actions. We need to align this team into its own version of the justice league.

Develop a logo to establish a common identity for an internal, service-focused organization, a business within a business, at a fortune 1000 company.

While we are a global organization, we are still probably focused 95% on the US. Would like to see less emphasis on Global and the G and more on service, moving forward, improving things. Thanks!
