LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
I have two BuddyPress sites that need logos. One site is for residents of apartment or multi-family communities. The second is for residents of commercial light industrial properties.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
I need two logos for web only in illustrator(.ai) format. I need the logos to be rectangular: Dimensions: 270w x 90h
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
For the residential the market is pretty diverse: Families, college students, retired people. The logo needs to be generic enough to to fit all.
The light industrial commercial logo needs to appeal to blue collar workers, entrepreneurs, and start-up businesses. Both logos needs to be similar in design and concept as they are partner sites.
WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:
You can look at the current site theme for the residential: http:/mycommunityhub.net for the colors. Other than the blue in the header, I'm pretty open, get creative with the colors.
For the light industrial I have nothing in mind. I'll probably set the theme based on the logo so do what you want for colors on this one. Keep in mind that I want both logos to be similar in brand and look. The URL will be: http://mybusinesscommunityhub.com
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:
I'm looking for something that promotes the idea of community regardless of it being a residential community or a small business community. The commercial property is called mybusinesscommunityhub.com. The tag line for the residential is, "your neighborhood, online". The tagline for the business site is, "Your business community, online".
I want something very web 2.0 and up to date. Think of the X, Y, and Millennial generations for this.
