We are based out of Bushwick, Brooklyn. If you are familiar with this neighborhood, it is the Hipster capital of the world. With that being said, we need to cater to our current clientele, while ensuring that as we expand to other, non-hipster neighborhoods, our logo could still apply.

Most of our clients are:
- mid 20s to early 30s
- male and female
- upper-middle class
- work across various industries
- well-educated
- art-loving
- minimal aesthetic
- grungy

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your logo and stationery?

1) A subtle implication that infers we do Real Estate

2) Hipster meets Corporate

3) We want people to feel secure, welcomed and invited. The real estate market in Brooklyn is a pretty sketchy one, where customers get scammed left and right by pseudo-brokers. We want to make our customers feel invited and safe when coming across our logo.

Because I was away on vacation for 10 days, I was unable to give timely feedback to a lot of the initial submissions. Therefore, I would like to extend the deadline 5 more days, and will give immediate feedback as submissions come in.

To all designers submitting a logo concept/design, thank you for your great work. I am noticing a common theme in all of these logos, and that is the minimal - black & white - aesthetic. While I did stipulate the importance of that in my original brief, we do not want to go too minimal to the point where we do not have a standout brand. We'd instead like something with a classic, vintage feel, but with a modern 2013 twist. And it is essential that it has a branding element of a REAL ESTATE company. That should be the first priority. The second priority should be to tailor the aesthetic in a vintage/classic way, in order to appeal to our demographic.

Calling all designers! This project is still up for grabs, as of right now there is no logo that is a clear winner. I am awaiting a submission that really wins me over. I am searching for an iconic real estate brand design that has a classic/vintage feel but with a modern twist. I will gladly give feedback to all submissions as soon as they come in.
