How do we define our Pizzeria
Living room of the neighbourhood, in warm glow of wood burning flame serving soulful wood-fired Neapolitan Pizza and Local Craft (beer | wine) & Italian wine. A place to connect, share, love, enjoy and be. Enjoy the service of a classic bow tie dining in minimalist zen casual ambience with curated music.
Inspired by Italy | Made in Vancouver
In coming years we plan to open other locations which would be managed by our own employees. Each managing employee of a new location would be part owner of the new location.
How do we define our PIZZA
Soulful and holistic, created with monkish purity, honesty and simplicity. Each ingredient sourced with integrity and care; where produce is produced to interact with your sense; not to just weigh you down. Our dough is naturally leavened and has 60%-70% hydration just like planet earth or our body. Our tomatoes are organic. Our wheat is sourced from the best grower. With such ingredients we create a pizza which is healthy, light and very easy to digest.
Choices would be very limited. Because we believe food tastes good when combined with right ingredients. We don’t encourage stuffing our pizza with anything and everything.
Our approach to Pizza is to its classic traditional way of making and serving.

Who are they?
Baby Boomer: An evening to share pizza and great wine and connect with grand kids or few friends, within walking distance. Bring the memories back of a summer spent cycling in Italy.
Gen X: Craving for Pizza is there, hence wants to eat at a sensible and ethical place. Wants to relax from humdrum fo the daily grind. Pizza loved by each member of the family.
Gen Y: Want each and everything to be Special and in a very relaxed environment. Wants to be seen at ethical and sensible places. This generation at least eats at restaurant twice or thrice a week.
Gen Z: Can bring their first Date for Pizza yet feel very safe and sophisticated. They can put it on social media and brag about it.
