Here's the client journey on crowdspring:
1.The client completed an interactive design brief.
- The brief is customized for each project category.
- The client specifies what they want (and don't want).
- Simple and proven process (takes just a few minutes).
2.Our über-talented designers created dozens of unique designs.
In a typical Logo & Social Media Assets project on crowdspring, many professional designers submit dozens of custom designs based on your brief. See all designs submitted to this project.
- 220,000+ designers from 195 countries.
- The client reviews & gives feedback.
- Great collaboration tools & free focus groups.

3.The client picked the winning design and received final files.
After collaborating with multiple designers, the client picked their favorite design, reviewed proofs, requested and received tweaks, and approved final files. The client received high resolution final design files and a signed intellectual property agreement giving the client full ownership to the design.
- Collaborate with the winning designer.
- The designer will implement final adjustments.
- The client receives full intellectual property rights.
Give Back is crowdspring's way of helping worthy non-profit and charitable causes around the world when those organizations need design help but cannot afford it. For these special projects, no monetary awards will be given and crowdspring will waive all fees. Crowdspring will help each organization post their project. Together, we will collaborate to help those who are less fortunate.
Give Back projects will work just like standard projects, including contracts, wrap-up, notifications, etc.
We will find ways to recognize winning designers in Give Back projects.
We'll also ask the winning designers in Give Back projects to propose other worthy non-profits and charities that can benefit from this program. We hope that in this small way, crowdspring and our community can help non-profits and charities around the world.
Community & Non-Profit
About Your Organization
Our organisation is run by two parents of disabled children. After spending many years each fighting for our own children, establishing and running organisations to support other parents with disabled children, we’ve both come to the same conclusions about the things parents need that really doesn’t exist.
We will be providing ALL parents of disabled children regardless of age (many elderly people still care for the disabled children even though they may struggle to care for themselves) an online platform where they can be free to be themselves without feeling others don’t understand, or that they have to explain their life situation.
This is NOT a support service, they exist everywhere, this is not a place just providing answers to questions about disabilities and support - they will see plenty of links to that kind of support though. If people genuinely want to talk about that stuff we won’t be stopping them, but we’d really rather they talked about things they enjoy, or enjoyed, or would like to do.
We want parents to feel like they are getting a little break from their caring responsibilities, and people won’t be asking them stupid questions because they will all be in the same or similar positions.
This project for me, Marc, has been 11 years in the making. I contacted Ross at crowdspring back in 2008 to discuss a little non-profit org I was setting up for Dads with autistic children to meet up and socialise. BreakingTheSilence was the first ever GiveBack project Crowdspring ran. And here I am again! BTS was a great success, it lead to me starting and running a charity that helped thousands of people, but I needed to move on as it pretty much took over my life.
This time it’s different, it’s online, but it’s still for the Dads, just this time the children can have any disability. And then there’s a mirror project for the mums. Each will run from a FaceBook page open to anyone to spread the word. Mums and Dads can then ask to join their respective ‘closed’ groups where it will just be other mums or dads like them. The groups will be busy and run by a small team of moderators. From there further closed groups will grow as mums and dads share what they’d like us to open for them. The thing is they don’t have to start the group, run it, moderate it, promote it, anything. That’s our job.
Here's a video that tells you more about me and my background and why I'm doing this:

There will be some groups ‘in the middle’ where mums and dads will join in the same chats, but most will be kept separate. Importantly some groups will be launched even if they aren’t requested: mental health, physical health, wellbeing, stuff like that. We all need to be healthy and look after ourselves if we want to care for our kids. I have a lot of experience of mental health, both helping others and dealing with my own struggles, and speaking out about this stuff REALLY helps others.
All this stuff will be connected to 2 main websites - one for the mums and one for the dads, and then there will be a third site that sits in the middle. That’s our charities main page and our ‘professional’ fave if you like.
The project is called The Parents Foundation. The dads project is called Grumpy Dad Club, mums is called Juggling Mum’s Club.
Here's a video where I talk about The Parents Foundation and what we hope to do.

I need YOUR help with our branding - I need a logo for The Parents Foundation and hopefully, complementary logos for Grumpy Dad Club and Juggling Mum's Club. From there I’ll get the inspiration to start building out the websites as I have no idea where to start!
Initially the project launches in the U.K. on June 10th, but anyone around the world can join in. As it grows we may launch international pages. Mums and dads will be encouraged to arrange local meet-ups, and from there we hope life-long friendships will be formed.
Can you help us to get The Parents Foundation off the ground with your amazing design skills?

The need to be different from each other but I think it would be great if they somehow connected together as well. Spelling out the names is important, and that could well be the logo, but that may not work in the tiny box you get for your logo on the social media channels, so we may need logos too, separate from the main design but recognisable when used in isolation.
Top 3 Things
This is a serious project not something just made up quickly and made into a Facebook page.
The names are very important in the designs.
The projects are for their target group - the dads group needs to look very different to the mums
I’ll need everything in jpeg and png files please, high res and more usable versions for social media and web use.
You can see an example of the GrumpyDad branding on Facebook.com/OriginalGrumpyDad
I will obviously provide all social media links. All the accounts are registered but not used - awaiting your branding!
