The dealer will be based in a warehouse and offering near-excessive transparency about the offered vehicles and buying process through our online presence. The dealership, while offering modestly priced vehicles affordable to everyone, will still provide an experience on par with exclusive new car dealerships by offering a personalized service, pick-up and delivery to one's home or office, national flat-based shipping to your doorstep, a 7-day exchange policy, a vehicle locator service, and an honest, straightforward purchase process. We will also utilize cutting edge of technology to improve and speed-up the customer experience. We anticipate our brand to appeal to professionals, 25-45 year old, no gender bias, potentially the type of individual that appreciates the buying convenience offered by products like Amazon Prime or Instacart. Our customers will mostly be within driving distance of Albuquerque, NM though since we ship nationally, they can be anywhere in the US.
We'd like the design to communicate our separation from the stereotypical car dealership. We acknowledge, as a whole, customers buying/shopping preferences are changing (towards convenience and online availability) and place our position as a company amongst the ranks of innovative companies challenging their respective industries and adapting to customer's new expectations.
