We are a full service janitorial company specializing in window cleaning. Other services include pressure washing, snow removal, metal and marble maintenance, etc. We have been in business since 1981 and I am a second generation owner (family owned). Located and operated in NYC, there are a lot of companies and images to compete against.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
In addition to the stationary, the logo will appear on our website (which we will need as well), t-shirts, signage and vehicle fleet.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Current clientele is 90% hospitality industry and 10% residential/commercial. Our intended target audience for this year on will be commercial office buildings (30 stories and above). Therefore generally speaking we deal more often than not with general managers, building managers, purchasing directors and other executives. More often than not caucasian males in their late 30s to early 50s. Quality, standard of excellence and professionalism is the standard message. In addition, our message is that we are a full service company ("for all your building's needs" is our motto - for now) and we market trust and a close, regular face-to-face relationship.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
I am open to all ideas, but generally I prefer a simple logo that can be seen easily from afar on company uniforms. Some of our biggest competitors in our area are: QBS (quality building services), ABM, REMCO Maintenance and Stuart Dean. Just to give you an idea of the logos we have to distinguish ourselves from.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
I am open to either Cardella in the logo or the full name Cardella Building Services.
