Creative Brief

Who are you?

WeCreateSmiles, LLC is a developer of proprietary Web-based software that interacts with management systems of appointment-based businesses that tend to devote excess administrative expense to disseminating patient information to patients via telephone, regular mail, fax and e-mail.

The software helps make things more efficient and helps to automate internal processes. The software also gives patients/customers personal information at their fingertips (i.e., schedule and confirm appointments, check insurance coverage info, pay bills, etc.). Because front office people are no longer required to make calls confirming appointments, the premise is they can give better customer service (such as personal greeting when customer walks in the door).

What do you need?

We need a logo that communicates the ultimate benefit to the end-usercreating smiles, happy customers (raving fans), repeat business, referrals, etc.

The logo will be applied to a business card and a Website placeholder AS PART OF THE CONTRACT.

In addition to traditional uses, the logo (or some part of it) will need to work as an avatar on Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Who Is Your Audience?

Primary:
Dental offices

Secondary:
Appointment-based businesses such as chiropractors, salons/spas, veterinary clinics, etc.

Requirements

We Like These Examples

Wed like to see a variety of color palettes (avoid pastel colors) that result in a logo that is bright, fun and cheerful; nothing that presents elegance or high-end styles.

More typography than heavy graphics preferred.

We Absolutely Must Have

1. The company name has no spaces

2. The logo needs to be designed to accommodate a tagline, which we will add at a later time.

3. Logo needs to be generic, meaning it cannot focus on any one of the specific industries within our target audience.
