Who are you?

The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers is the voice of the market leaders and the premier organization for commercial insurance and employee benefits intermediaries in the United States and abroad.

From its headquarters in Washington, DC with programs conducted throughout the nation and world The Council represents leading commercial insurance agencies and brokerage firms. Only the top one percent of all agents and brokers qualify. The Council's members in more than 3,000 locations, place 85 percent well over $90 billion of all U.S. insurance products and services protecting business, industry, government and the public at-large, and they administer billions of dollars in employee benefits.

The Council delivers vital tools and resources that address three essential areas for Council members: superior networking, aggressive advocacy and business intelligence.

What do you need?

One of The Council's top priorities is to expand it's global footprint. We look to the future, not the past. Business without borders.

We need you to develop an brand identity for The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers Global Connection. This primarily includes a logo and subsequent versions formatted for envelopes, letters and the website.

Who Is Your Audience?

The primary audience is CEOs of leading commercial insurance brokerages throughout the world. Typically, these companies meet a $5 million gross revenue requirement. These CEOs can be counted amongst the best and brightest entrepreneurial businessmen across the globe.

The logos needs to reflect their sophistication and must be simple, clean and modern.


We Like These Examples

I am attaching two of our current logos. These should help with direction.

We Absolutely Must Have

A logo developed (horizontal and stacked for versatility). The name of the program is "Council Global Connection." We have to use that phrase as the base of the logo. We would like the overall name of the organization (smaller) incorporated, "The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers." Finally, we want to shorten Council Global Connection and have a treatment for "CGC" we can use as well (similar to the attached logo with CCC). I would like a stand-alone "CGC" we can utilize and a version of the primary logo that incorporates it. Blue should be the primary color. Think of a map or a globe...the logo should reflect that color palette. Again, see attached files.
