LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are a maker of software (Saas) for small to medium sized wineries. Located in St. Helena, California, we will become the market leader of integrated ecommerce, crm, business intelligence, wine club management, etc.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
Logo, Business Card, Stationery. Follow on projects will be over the next couple of weeks
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Target customers and partners. Our customers are owners and general managers, marketing folks at wineries throughout North America. We want our logo to reflect the following about us:
1) Professional but not corporate
2) Very artisan and handcrafted
5) Personal and one on one
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
http://www.presssthelena.com :: This is a restaurant, but love the logo, which is the representation of press which crushes grapes to make wine.
www.razorfish.com :: like the simplicity of the logo
http://www.screamingeagle.com/ :: like the natural feel of this
www.sonomasyrup.com. :: like the handcrafted feel
http://www.rubicon.com :: like the way the R logo is constructed
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Must have a bug (symbol) that can include the "t" for terroir. I would like a separate Bug and also a design for the terroirX to be used both integrated and separate. I need handcrafted/artisan and definitely not corporate. Corporate is a NO-NO! Must feel artisan but also be something that looks professional and reflect that we are reliable. If possible, include something digital that integrates earth, grape vines, bottle WITHOUT being stupid. Must not be cartoony.
Must be clean and the bug should be able to be used both in a large/small fashion as well as the terroirX.
Color should be simple and avoid brown. I am open to different colors.
