LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
youNEQ is a cutting-edge new concept in internet retail that allows customers to create their own home furnishing designs which we then will have custom made for them. We use modern information technology and social networking to help our customers visualize their desires and then we match these desires to the skills of old-world master craftsmen. Our motto is "Unique Things for Unique People."
Although our business has aspects of environmental and social responsibility (e.g. "fair trade") we are not "crunchy". Instead, we view ourselves as hip, worldly, mod, technologically aware and design savvy.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a logo, a favicon and a business card.
The logo will be the centerpiece for our branding efforts -- it will be used on the website, in mailers, in various social media properties, in promotional materials and on stationery.
We would like the logo to feature our name and be very readable and identifiable. Our name is all one word with the first three letters lowercased and the second three upper cased -- youNEQ.
We generally like sans serif fonts, clean designs and mod colors. But can be talked into anything. We have kicked around using a snowflake (because every snowflake is unique) but by no means are wed to that. Surprise us!
We would like two versions of the logo: one with our tag line "Unique Things for Unique People" and one without the tag line.
We also need a favicon and a business card. The business card should be unique but should not be extremely expensive to print -- we will be printing and handing these out by the thousands at various trade shows.
Our company is in growth mode and the logo has the potential for wide exposure. Depending on how we get along, there is very real future potential for additional design projects, including big portions of the website and related blogs.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Interior design professionals and relatively affluent and/or educated consumers. Our audience is either design savvy or interested in culture, travel and/or social networking.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
