We are a private practice for psychotherapy in Germany. With a team of 10 licensed clinical psychologists, we offer cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which is one of the few forms of therapy that has been scientifically tested and shown to be effective in many clinical trials. We are firmly committed to delivering only empirically-based treatments and continously monitor our own outcomes. Our services include individual counseling, group counseling, marital counseling for adults, children and adolescents with a variety of emotional disorders such as depression, anxiety, excessive worry, stress management etc.
Our goal is to increase the quality of life for our clients by optimizing their problem-solving skills , changing the way they think about themselves and the world, and initiating behavioral change.
Values we want to communicate: warmth, a place to feel welcome, and at the same time competence, scientific background, high quality, clear and straight-forward, no hokus-pokus (it is important to distinguish our approach from other psychotherapists offering rather esoterical forms of therapy).

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Self-referring clients and referring doctors. The self-referring clients are male and female in equal proportion, most are between 25 and 45, with a good education (many academics, managers, executives) and upper middle class background.
They are specifically looking for a therapist that offers them a goal-oriented, effective treatment for their emotional problems, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. What makes our practice unique apart from the scientific background is that we have a long-standing expertise in the field and have experts for a variety of disorders and interventions.
