LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Tier 2 parts manufacturer (polymerplainfield.com) is changing its name to Plainfield Precision and needs a new image, logo and stationery. We are a custom job shop that does metal stamping and plastic molding. Our parts are mostly electronic for the auto, medical, military and consumer industries. We have been in the business 40 years and our image looks that old. Please help bring us in to the 21st century! We are a very creative and innovative engineering and production company but need a new image that shows it.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a logo to go with our new name, Plainfield Precision. The logo should include the name. We are looking for a great font and logo that would work for all media including text top publishing. Color will really matters to help upgrade the image. Think modern, edgy and technical. It would probably be best if the stationery is simple/clean but we would like a killer business card with two sided printing. Open to wildly creative ideas for the bcard design as we really want that to stand out. Die cut OK, etc.
Looking for someone to work with on this job as well as some other companies. I am a turn -around and startup consultant. This job will need a website and powerpoint design as well.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
B2B, mostly male engineers in the automotive and medical device industries. But don't let that hold you back from edgy colors.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
Very open to your design concepts. We would like something very unique that really stands out from the crowd. Nothing too conservative. Although simple and sleek works. Something that screams creative, modern engineering. We like Obama's Gotham font but again, we are very open
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
No gears (we mostly make small, highly engineered parts). No burgandy or teal. No cursive fonts
