LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

We are a small start-up consulting company specializing in helping clients make smarter use of their marketing and market research budgets. In other words, getting more from their money by working smarter, using the new possibilities of the digital age, internet, web 2.0 etc. in marketing and market research.

The name is Mer Vett (in Norwegian) and More Sense (in English). It implies being smarter and more sensible. As in "more sense than money", "more sense than the other people".

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

A distinct logo with a distinct color scheme (could be one-colour or more, but main colour must be distinct (not "normal" blue/red type colour). Must be instantly recognizable on the web/sales materials. Also business card and stationary design is required. Logo will be used on the web and on sales and presentation materials as well as in reports. The actual words/name must be part of the logo.

Important: The logo MUST work with both Norwegian and English text (Mer Vett and More Sense), but not in the same logo. In other words: Please create one English and one Norwegian execution of the same logo. The words More Sense (Mer Vett) can be presented with or without space between them (without space: MoreSense/ MerVett) depending on your preference.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Marketing and market research professionals are the target audience. They should get a sense of our company as smart, quick, efficient, creative and very up-to-date and innovative. But its not a skateboard brand, so it needs to keep some corporate and professional credibility.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

No "obvious" symbols like lightbulb, money. No "boring" colours, but it still needs a certain corporate and professional credibility.
