Business Info

Business Name

George Passey

What do you do?

The new company is a firm of estate agents selling houses in a national park in England (Yorkshire Dales). We will also be offering professional services as I am a Chartered Surveyor (RICS)

What is the exact name you would like in your logo?

Either- George Passey or G Passey or George Passey & Co -

You'll receive designs for biz cards, letterhead and envelopes.

Also I will need the logo to be used on a web site and estate agents boards

Target Audience

What is your industry?

Residential estate agents

Describe the target audience for your logo and stationery

The area is quite traditional and conservative. Demographics are 40-60+ both male and female. They are likely to be either professional, management or farming communities. As many of the houses will be owned by either second home owners from London or the south of England. It needs a modern twist to it to show that its not stuck in the past though the values are ones of traditional values and integrity.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your logo and stationery?

We aim to be a new breed of property specialists providing superior levels of service, integrity and traditional values but backed up innovative marketing tactics and bespoke property placement

Style and Concept

What logo and stationery styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?

http://www.duttons.uk.com/index.php - logo only

What colors do you want to see in your logo and stationery?

The colours that I would consider are red, green, grey - but highlights can be added. I will also need to produce estate agents boards to be located outside the houses for sale. As we are in a very rural area with many shades of green and grey in the background I would want to add a highlighting colour to draw ones attention towards the logo or board especially as the will be seen quickly by people driving past.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo and stationery?

The more pastel shades

What adjectives should best describe your logo and stationery?

Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?

On Estate Agents boards, Web site and letterhead. It needs to be recognisable but not scream too much. I use to have an architectural practice and its what we use to describe to clients as 'classic contemporary'.
