Network Real Estate is a new real estate franchise concept. Our tag line is "Connecting People and Homes (tm)." Our niche is that our franchise model offers a high level of relationship support to franchise owners and their agents, including superior programs in training, business development, recruiting, coaching, and marketing, with an emphasis on social networking. We donate a percentage of our profits back into the communities we serve.
The logo image should capitalize on the concept of "Networking" (as in business or technology) and "Social Networking" (as in Facebook, Active Rain, etc.) The connection or link between people and homes is essential.
The message is one of competent relationship, but contemporary movement and ideas.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
A logo to start with. The logo will be used on cards (non-photo and agent-photo), letterhead, property signs, websites, social media sites, branded marketing materials, clothing, building signage, flyers...anywhere a real estate company logo would appear.
Logo needs to be elegant enough for higher-end properties, and yet cool enough for that Gen X/Y attraction.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Primary audience...Current and future real estate brokers who will be joining our franchise system. While the typical current broker is age 50-60, their agents are generally 28-45. While Gen X'ers are the dominant make-up of agents in the US right now; boomers still control the firms and money.
Secondary audience...the general public. Home buyers and sellers.
WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:
Colors: While we're open to a great idea,our thoughts are along the lines of Deep Navy Blue and white, possibly with some gold trim in there...but don't limit yourself.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:
Readability on a property sign at 25 yards. No cursive fonts (they don't read on yard signs)
