LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

We are a group of individuals who like many others have already been burned in this market segment. We have fallen victim to predatory lending and quick fix scams. Our mission is to be a company that consumers can, at the very least trust to tell them the truth about their situation and their options going forward. We have attorney representation by carefully chosen attorneys who match our criteria and are rigorously interviewed to make sure they are a match. We have a full suite of products to indemnify clients and get them back on their feet, often in a better situation then they were before they fell victim to current market conditions.

Our company is called Modified Capital Group and we intend to become a driving force in the mortgage loan modification business. With a relatively short lifespan for this product to be a viable option for consumers to take advantage of, it is absolutely crucial to our success that we implement a proper branding and communication strategy in line with our business objectives.

A distinguished communications suite with a consistent message will make our company and products more intriguing to already disenchanted consumers in what is perceived as an unsavory market segment.

To sum it all up.

As you know, people buy from companies they trust. We are very serious about what we do, we are extremely passionate about what we do and what we do works.

The reason that we don't have to make false promises and outrageous claims is because our clients are happy to pay us for services that we are excited about and happy to provide. We don't have to make false promises and we don't make outrageous claims, we just openly and honestly speak to real people about real options and then we put in work and get the job the done.

CREATIVES: Do not assume that this is not a creative contest and overlook it, this is perhaps the most creative contest on crowdSPRING. Our company name is extremely generic on purpose, it's a foundation. Speak to our clients through your design and your work will be chosen.

Our clients are our best marketing so we want the logo to be about them. This contest is 100% for our clients, we want you to represent that for us.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a logo with its foundation in our virtues trust, honesty and loyalty.

The business card and stationary should have the same appeal and message.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

We have a very broad target audience, we want to appeal to the average home owner who has been affected by predatory lending, the economy, the job market, etc as well as financially savvy consumers who would like to take advantage of current government programs designed to make life a little bit easier.

We have three very impressive, very direct products to help people at every stage of mortgage and credit trouble and we have developed a step by step process that will indemnify our clients and bring them back to or in to financial independence in a much shorter time than they could have even before the market fell apart.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

Think banking, think finance.

No childish fonts. Looking for strong font choice and word positioning on the logo type.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

We want to be appealing and inviting while remaining serious and professional. We don't don't want to come off as "cutesy" and we don't want to be come off as "cold". We need a distinguished, fluid logo that speaks it's own message apart from our logo type or next to it. We are not looking for anything too abstract and we are not looking for initials.

As far as color treatment, we are thinking either a royal blue, crimson/maroon red, forest green, black and silver, something institutional and straight to the point.
