LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Longfellow Capital Partners, LLC is a real estate investment manager focused on acquiring and/or developing knowledge-based real estate assets such as life science research laboratories, student housing and medical office facilities.

The company is named after the Longfellow Bridge in Boston, MA. The bridge crosses the Charles River and connects the financial district of Boston with the science cluster located in Kendall Square in Cambridge, MA.

We plan to be an eco-friendly/green/sustainable firm.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We seek a logo that can work primarily with business cards, letterhead and eventually a website.

We dont want an excess number of colors in the logo so that it can be economically reproduced in print form on business cards and letterhead.

The logo should work in a black and white version to keep initial printing costs down.

Ideally the logo will reproduce easily on a fax machine or copier without bleeding or distortion, but this will not be the primary use.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Our clients are the investors entrusting us with their capital. In addition, we will present our brand to lenders and real estate operators, who will be our investment partners.

They will want to know their money will be invested appropriately, that we understand our investments and that we will make good decisions.

We are looking to establish a conservative image that reflects the firms integrity as a manager of client funds, commitment to excellence and thoughtfulness of the world around us.

The logo should convey intelligence and trustworthiness.

A brainstorm of brand adjectives include:

* Trustworthy

* Honest

* Client focused

* Integrity

* Real Estate Investments

* Green / Eco Friendly

* Higher Education / Science / Research and Development

* Intelligent

* Thoughtful

* Experienced

* Innovative

* Creative

* Cutting-Edge/New Ideas

While not our primary mission, we plan to be a green firm as many of our buildings are built to a LEED standard per the US Green Building Council.

Another important constituent that we will serve are biotechnology companies, who will be tenants in our buildings.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

We are open to creative designs that convey our desired brand image as stated above.
