LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

South West Recycling Ltd is a UK based company concerned with the collection of used car / truck / bus tyres from tyre dealers, garages, bus operators, hauliers, local authorities, etc.

Recent legislation means tyres can no longer be dumped in land-fill, but must be recycled under a heavily policed licensing authority.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

Brand values

Trust

Excellent service

Longevity investment in capital plant means these guys are here for the long haul

Compliance with the law

Transparency

The logo should work in full colour on stationery, website, Point-Of-Sale (collateral if you are American) and the sides / back of 44 ton trucks. So it needs to work from sizes 1 to 15ft.

As to a visual brief? I leave it to you. Include a tyre / tyres if you wish, or not. The business driver is to collect a commodity (tyres), bundle it up and move it on in bulk to its final destination.

PLEASE NOTE - for the stationery set we do not require an envelope. Rather we need a Compliment Slip. This is 1/3 A4 with logo, name and address, with the words 'With Compliments'. There should be room to write a short, hand written message.

Any questions, please PM me and good luck.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Downstream - garages, tyre fitters, local authorities, hauliers etc who need a fast, efficient collection service.

Upstream - Big companies concerned in recycling tyres who need a reliable, efficient supply

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

You have a free hand

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

Although the title says recycling this is not a business concerned with the environment or ecology (although environmental legislation is obviously the driver, and our ecology will benefit). It is a professional logistics business, so no eco-bunnies skipping across sunlit meadows? I would like to see a logo that reflects a comitted, professional logistics company per the brand values above.

That said, I am not averse to environmental / eco images, just so long as the image is not too 'cartoon' based or happy-clappy?
