The company name is Affinity Focus. We are a new company only recently incorporated. We are therefore looking to create a totally new corporate identity.

Please note that whilst I am an experienced PC user, my knowledge of graphics type programs is somewhat limited (although I do have full Adobe CS3 suite). It is highly likely that all of the above can be easily created from a few vector format files. So long as I'm given some guidance on how to create the above from these vector files I'm happy just to be provided with these.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Target Audience

Our target audience is any Affinity Group.

An Affinity Group is a group of consumers who have a common interest brought together under one organisation. Members of an Affinity Group have great passion for the Group and its cause. It is this great passion that makes them highly motivated to help the Affinity Group at every opportunity e.g. purchase goods from which the Affinity Group receives commission

Examples of Affinity Groups include:

- Sports Organisations - Football, Cricket , Rugby, Ice Hockey

- Charities - RSPCA, Help the Aged, NSPCC

- Music Fan Clubs - Take That, Rolling Stones, Girls Aloud

- TV program Fan Clubs - Coronation St, Doctor Who, The Apprentice

- Social Groups - Cubs, Brownies, Boys Brigade

- Schools - Private/Public, Primary/Secondary/College/University

Affinity Focus will initially target local and national Sports Organisations although other Affinity Groups will be targeted in due course, broadly in the order stated above

What we do

We harvest the passionate relationship between the Affinity Group and their fans in order to achieve the following for the Affinity Group:

- Generate additional revenue

- Recruit new and retain existing supporters

- Recruit new and retain existing sponsors

- Recruit new and retain existing commercial partners

- Attain cost savings

We do this with no financial risk to the Affinity Group. Affinity Focus take a fixed percentage of any revenue generated with no up front fees to the Affinity Group

We achieve this by using a combination of proven and innovative digital, database and internet marketing techniques.

Affinity Focus has built partnerships with a vast number of branded and niche retailers. We call these Affinity Focus Preferred Partners. By partnering with an Affinity Group, Affinity Focus utilises the Affinity Group brand to generate significant revenue through these Affinity Focus Preferred Partners. Affinity Focus also enable the Affinity Group to recruit new Sponsors and Business Partners by including them as an additional Affinity Focus Preferred Partner and therefore continually promoting their products as part of their service.

Because Affinity Group members are passionate about the Affinity Group, they are highly motivated to help the Affinity Group. Consequently they are more likely to purchase products and services when they are aware that this will generate income for the Affinity Group. They are empowered further when they are made aware that the money will be used for a specific purpose e.g. to buy players, improve facilities, improve their ability to compete in their chosen area etc

Please also bear in mind that Affinity Focus product branding (ie what Affinity Group Members will see when products are promoted) will be much bolder (likely to be red/yellow/orange type colours in line with

the passion generated by Affinity members towards their Affinity Group

communications (posters etc) need to stand out and easily read

PLEASE NOTE THAT PRODUCT BRANDING WILL BE THE SUBJECT OF ANOTHER BID ALONG WITH OTHER DESIGN REQUIREMENTS (WEB SITE ETC) OR I MAY STICK WITH A SINGLE DESIGNER DEPENDING ON HOW SUCCESSFUL THIS PROJECT TURNS OUT
