LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

The firm was founded in 1993 as an HR Consulting firm focusing on technology. Through the years, the firm's work has focused in the people part of human resources: strategic planning in employment and retention, leadership development, process improvement and alignment of human capital to corporate initiatives. As a coach, advisor, challenger, cheerleader and colleague, the firm provides an objective resource to both individuals and corporate teams. The firm is committed to sustainable cost savings through lasting business solutions for productivity while increasing individual capabilities.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a new brand identity:

1) Logo

2) 4-6 Color color palette for use in Website, Logo and Identity pieces

3) Letterhead (size 8.5 x 11, and envelope)

4) Business Card Design

1) We would like the main portion of the logo to be the firm's name, Soft Solutions with our tagline, "Leadership from the Inside Out" shown in a less predominant manner (unless you have a great idea that incorporates it all together).

We would also help in defining specific brand standards (color, font, minimum size, minimum spacing, CMYK/Pantone colors).

The use of color in the logo is fine but would also like grayscale and B&W versions.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

The firm currently has clients with revenues from $5-$9 Million per a year, which in turn is ususally a medium sized corporation. We are looking to expand the clientele to larger companies. As the firm is positioned to offer assistance in management and HR consulting, often times our materials are view by VP's in the company.

We want companies to see our logo and understand that immediately that we are a corporation that exists in business, but that also is one that has a heart for people. Our old tagline speaks well of our business principles - "A head for business, a heart for people."

WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:

We're open to all sorts of concepts. We would like somewhat of a corporate-type logo, but it is not necessary. We think a color palette mixing some nice dark reds and blues with some light greys would be nice, but the choice is all up to the designer. This brand will be a corporate-type logo, so conservative colors are probably most appropriate.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:

New Brand Logo that includes the tagline.
