Modern fonts and graphics, something that will last several years, no faddish colors or ornate fonts.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Probably no serif fonts, but not a deal breaker if executed well, avoid neon colors (pink, lime, turquoise) but also not too corporate/boring/burgundy.
It should convey "classy hip agency".
