I know a guy...
What do you do?
"I know a guy..." is a home service company. Offering services like painting, remodeling, landscaping, lawn care, and cleaning. If you need to paint a room they do it! Need to hand a plasma screen TV they do it! Need to hand holiday decorations they do it! Need to redo the deck they do it! Need to clean before or after a party they do it! You get the idea. Mainly they do small repairs, renovations, painting, yard work, cleaning. All the odd jobs that people need to do but never do. If a wife has asked her husband to do something they do it (except for that).

Do you have additional info or links you want to share?
We are a mexican owned family business - and we have a sense of humor so we would not take offense to some creative ideas which expolit the political cliamte and/or the sterotypes around mexicans and the odd jobs we do seem to do. We promise to laugh if its funny.
We like it be timeless, sleek, and understandable. Our last name starts with T so if there was a way to hide that within the logo that would be cool.
We don't want cheap and things like this seem cheap to us. http://local.hometips.com/ca/san-francis...
We want it to look unique. And for our clients to know we arent cookie cutter. Just like our work our logo should show an air of "custom".
Also we are designing everything from the ground up right now. So if you want to put together a screen shot of what the front page of our website might look like even better. The more we get the more likly you are to win.
Custom, Custom, Custom...
Did we mention we like to laugh?
As you will see from this site we like the idea of the logo showing what we do - ie the house in the logo. http://www.calfinder.com/
Clean and sleek never hurt - but we want a logo that says something unlike this... http://www.changinteriors.com/
