LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

The logo and stationery is for a small solo practioner (with opportunity to grow) immigration law-only law firm, in Washington, DC. Most immigration petitions are submitted by mail to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services and personal appearances before the government by an immigration lawyer are less common. Letterhead and envelopes are important. Business cards and logo are very important; business cards will be handed out a lot to clients only; logo will be in the website, business cards, stationery and envelopes. I attached below how the website will look; the picture in the website will be different; it is also attached; my photo - owner - is attached -- so that you can get a feel of compatibility. Unlike most competition, we will have the latest research and case management software, electronic newsletters and email alerts to inform clients of breaking news; client extranet that allows clients to log in to a private and secure web site to see from anywhere in the US and abroad to safely upload documents and see what is happening on your case? I want to reflect EXPERIENCED; 7 years with huge law firms, getting the best practicesm, now going solo.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

Logo -- for stationery, website, business cards, envelopes (large and small)

Business cards - mostly for clients

Letterheads -- to communite with the US government via filings.

Envelopes - invoices to clients in small envelopes and filings to the Government in large envelopes.

Information for business cards is below (please feel free to move around as you see fit):

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Business cards and logo: immigrants in the United States (Russians as the primary group, and all other ethnic group), looking to get immigration benefits for themselves or their relatives abroad; US citizens in the US seeking to bring adopted children and spouses from other countries. The ages are typically late twenties to late 60s. 60% - sophisticated, mostly very educated, often with scientific or technical background. On the US government side (stationery and envelopes)-- US conservative middle-aged Immigration Service and Immigration Court employees. I would like to make it clear through design that we are a national, not just local firm.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

Sleek, modern, practical, projecting image of mastering technology to deliver legal services less expensively, and nationally and internationally, instead of locally; just a slight touch of whimsical and creativity, but still a law firm.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

We will be highly reliant on technology; extranets; website; sophisticated and sleek case management system; I would like to somehow subtly reflect it.

Designs should be able to be reproduced on an expensive home printer (Canon MX7600); or commercially, but inexpensively, in the future.

ALL business cards (not the letterheads and envelopes), where my name appears, must have an * after it, and the following disclaimer in tiny font below:

* Practice limited to immigration law only.
