WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
We would prefer to leave these open to creatives, but a good reference would be award winning designs on this site. Our unfinished site is www.hardwoodliving.com - the logo has been created by an amator (the owner) desperate to get started. It is now time to change that. Following choosing the logo and stationary design will lead to website re-design as well.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
The name of the company: "Hardwoodliving" as one word and one color, easy to read (H-capital or all capital - whichever reads better with the choosen font). Include our tag line: "Quality floors" - to work with the logo as an integral part. We don't want a logo which will look technical - while we are contractors, the logo should reflect elegance, luxury, quality of craftsmanship and be contemporary. Since we work with wood, we have a great appreciation for nature and balance - we would like this aspect to come accross in a saddle manner (don't make it a focus however). Please no trees in the logo or other bulky nature elements. The logo will be trademarked in the near future, so inclusion of registerered logo mark is desirable only to show placement but will not be used presently.
