We are Critical Insight Group, LLC

Were a new business consulting company focused on helping clients better manage their people. We are very experienced and proven, but were branding ourselves for the first time. Our goal is to enhance the THINKING of our clients and dramatically improve how they manage their people. Were thoughtful, committed to helping others in a mostly corporate setting, but were fun, too. We take our work very seriously, but have fun in the process.

We provide the CRITICAL INSIGHT that makes the difference. Get this right, and your world changes (things fall into place and take care of themselves). We apply the Pareto Principle (80/20 rule) but dont want that obviously in the logo.

We are expert management practitioners, not theorists.

Our expert management practitioners, mentors, coaches, analysts and consultants specialize in working with you to enhance your understanding, and leverage, of the real world cause-and-effect relationship between how you think about talent management and the quality of your business results. We dont chase the latest management fads; rather we instill the time-tested success principles of excellence in business/people management.

Our mentors teach the rare and valuable lost art of Active Talent Management wisely managing people to optimize business performance and excite, energize and activate your employees. (With decades of leadership is everything, everyone can and must be a leader thinking in corporate America, the valuable art of active talent management has been lost, or at least, tremendously and shamefully undervalued. Actual value is created by executing the strategy, not coming up with it.)

What we need is a logo, 2-sided business card, stationary and template/background for 1 or 2 page consulting collateral (i.e. company overview, consulting service offering, case study piece). We will design, with help, our website around the logo and theme.

This is NOT us, and we want no confusion with them (for their sake and ours).

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

We sell to business management teams (and human resources). We also focus on individual people managers. We also work with individuals outside of the business setting (life coaching); but the primary customer is senior management (not necessarily executive leadership in large companies) both on the business side and HR.
